1. Who we are

GrowthBox is a trading name of GrowthBox Consulting Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 13604629). Our registered office is 18 School Lane, Bishopthorpe, York, YO23 2RE. When these terms say "GrowthBox", "we" or "us", they mean GrowthBox Consulting Limited. 2. About these terms

These terms apply when you use GrowthBox KickStart or GrowthBox Managed. Our services are for businesses, so these terms are a business-to-business agreement. By starting a KickStart trial or a Managed subscription, you confirm you're acting for a business and agree to these terms.

3. Our services

GrowthBox KickStart (free for 14 days). Your GrowthBox diagnostic, a bespoke marketing plan with quick wins, a 12-week content calendar, and 14 days of content (three social posts a week and two blog articles), plus a strategy and review session. KickStart is free, with no contract and no obligation to continue. The plan is yours to keep whatever you decide.

GrowthBox Managed (£300 a month).
 
We run your marketing each month: strategy and priorities, content created to your plan, management of the channels we agree with you, and a monthly review of what is working and what happens next.

The exact channels and deliverables for Managed are agreed with you when you start, and we'll confirm any change to them in writing (email is fine).

4. How we work with you

• Each week we send a short prompt asking for updates about your business. Your replies help us keep your content accurate and relevant. If we don't hear from you, we'll continue with the planned content.

• We use AI tools to help research and draft content. Everything is reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

• We send you a preview of content before it goes live. Nothing is published on your behalf without your approval.

• You're responsible for checking that what we say about your business, its products, prices and results is correct before you approve it.

• Where you give us access to your social media, website or other accounts, you remain the owner of those accounts and can remove our access at any time.

5. Fees and payment

Managed is charged monthly in advance from the date your subscription starts. If a payment fails, we may pause work until it is resolved, and we'll tell you before we do.

6. Cancelling

There is no minimum term. You can cancel Managed at any time by emailing hello@growthbox.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect straight away, so no further payments will be taken. We'll keep delivering your service until the date your next payment would have been due. Fees already paid aren't refunded for part months.

We may end the service with 30 days' written notice, or straight away if fees remain unpaid or either party seriously breaches these terms.

7. Who owns the work

Once paid for, the content we create for you (posts, articles, emails and your marketing plan) is yours to use as you wish. Your KickStart plan and content are yours to keep. We keep ownership of our own methods, tools, templates and the GrowthPlan diagnostic.

We'll only name you as a client, or quote you in our own marketing or case studies, with your permission.

8. Confidentiality

We keep information about your business confidential and use it only to deliver our services to you. This doesn't apply to information that is already public or that we are required by law to disclose. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Results and our liability

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, so we can't guarantee particular outcomes such as a number of enquiries, sales or search rankings. We'll provide our services with reasonable skill and care.

Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit, business or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change affects an active Managed subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you prefer.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
